COTLAND FASHION reserves the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or refuse sale of any product at our discretion.


5. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order on our website does not automatically mean the order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to cancel, hold, refuse, or verify any order for reasons including:

  • COD verification failure

Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, delivery is managed by the courier company. We will assist with tracking and claims, but COTLAND FASHION is not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party courier partners.


8. Returns, Exchanges, Refunds and Store Credit

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, refunds, and Store Credit are governed by our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

By placing an order, you agree that COTLAND FASHION does not provide regular cash refunds because each product involves fabric handling, labour-intensive work, skilled craftsmanship, quality checks, packing, and dispatch resources.

Approved cases may be resolved through exchange, replacement, Store Credit, or other resolution as per our policy.


9. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only within the timeline and conditions mentioned in our Cancellation Policy.

Once an order is processed, packed, shipped, customized, altered, or made to order, cancellation may not be accepted.

COTLAND FASHION reserves the right to cancel any order if required due to stock issues, pricing errors, verification failure, suspected fraud, operational issues, or any reason that affects smooth order fulfilment.


10. Customer Claims and Proof

For claims related to damage, missing items, wrong products, defects, tampered parcels, or delivery issues, customers may be required to provide:

  • Parcel images with shipping label
  • Full unboxing video
  • Order number

Claims without proper proof may be rejected.
