Free Shipping Across India

COTLAND FASHION offers free forward shipping across India on all eligible orders, including prepaid and Cash on Delivery orders.

Forward shipping means delivery from our warehouse to the customer’s shipping address. Return pickup, exchange shipping, re-shipping, or special delivery requests may carry additional charges as per our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Courier Partners

We work with trusted courier partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, DHL, Aramex, and other service providers to deliver your orders safely.

Courier partner selection depends on serviceability, location, package type, logistics availability, and operational requirements. COTLAND FASHION reserves the right to choose or change the courier partner for any order.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our system begins processing it.

Your order may go through:

  • Order verification
  • Payment or COD confirmation
  • Product availability check
  • Quality inspection
  • Packing and handover to courier partner

After dispatch, tracking details will be shared through SMS, email, WhatsApp, or your order dashboard, depending on the contact details available with us.

You can track your order using the tracking number on the courier partner’s website or through your COTLAND account dashboard.

Delivery Timelines

We do our best to dispatch and deliver orders as quickly as possible. However, delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Customer location
  • Courier serviceability
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Operational delays
  • High order volume
  • Payment or COD verification delays
  • Unexpected logistics issues

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. COTLAND FASHION will not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect customer details, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Receiving Your Parcel

Please check your parcel carefully before accepting delivery.

If the parcel appears damaged, opened, broken, wet, or tampered with:

  • Do not accept the parcel
  • Take clear photos of the parcel
  • Record a video showing the condition of the package
  • Inform us immediately with your order number

This helps us raise a claim with the courier partner and resolve the issue faster.

Important Unboxing Guideline

We strongly recommend recording a full unboxing video from the moment the sealed parcel is opened.

For claims related to missing items, damaged products, wrong products, or tampered packages, photo/video proof may be required. Claims without proper proof may be difficult to approve.

Customer Responsibility

Please ensure that your shipping details are complete and correct before placing the order, including:

  • Full name
  • Complete address
  • Landmark, if required
  • Correct PIN code
  • Active phone number
  • Email address

COTLAND FASHION will not be responsible for failed delivery, delayed delivery, lost shipment, return to origin, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

If an order is returned due to customer unavailability, refusal, wrong address, unreachable phone number, or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

Courier Issues and Liability

Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, delivery is managed by the courier company. We will support you in tracking and resolving shipment concerns, but courier delays, failed delivery attempts, or service disruptions may be outside our direct control.

COTLAND FASHION reserves the right to verify all shipping-related claims with the courier partner before approving replacement, store credit, or any other resolution.
