We deeply regret if you’ve received a defective item or something different from what you ordered. While we take extra care with every dispatch, rare lapses can happen — and we’re here to resolve it swiftly.
Here’s how it works:

To initiate a resolution, please send us:
• Clear photos of the defect or wrong item
• Full parcel photo with shipping label visible
• Unboxing video (if available — highly recommended)
These help us verify and take action without delays.
🔄 Resolution Options:
If the issue is verified via photos or video, we offer:
✔️ Free Replacement – dispatched at no extra cost
✔️ Free Reverse Pickup (where serviceable)
🚫 No charges apply for defect-related replacements
💳 Refund to source is not applicable even in defect cases. Only replacement or store credit will be issued.
🧪 If visual proof is insufficient:
We may request the product to be returned for quality check at our facility. In such cases:
• Reverse pickup will be arranged
• After QC, if defect is verified – a free replacement or store credit will be issued
• If defect is not verified, product will be returned to you (chargeable shipping)
📅 Note: Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

To support claims of damage or defect:

📸 Click photos before opening
🎥 Record a full unboxing video as proof
Claims without video evidence may not be accepted.

🕒 Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing (if not yet shipped)
🚫 Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted
🔁 Store Credit will be issued for approved cancellations
