📦 We recommend using a trackable courier service and sharing the tracking number with us once dispatched.

⚠️ Note: In case of parcel loss in transit, COTLAND FASHION will not be responsible.

2️⃣ Reverse Pickup by Us:

We can arrange a pickup from your doorstep via our logistics partner (Delhivery / Blue Dart).

💸 Charges Applicable:

• ₹200 for 1 style

• +₹100 for each additional style returned or exchanged

This includes pickup + reshipping costs.

If you're returning/exchanging a specific item from your order, please attach a photo of that style to avoid confusion.

Once the reverse pickup is arranged, tracking details will be shared.

Prefer flexibility? We’ll deduct applicable reverse pickup charges and issue the balance as store credit, redeemable at checkout next time you log in.

and we’ll take it forward from there.
