COTLAND Ads Management Tool

COTLAND FASHION PRIVATE LIMITED uses an internal advertising management tool to understand and improve campaigns that promote our own products and website.

Why the tool requests Google Ads access

The tool connects to our Google Ads account so our team can view account, campaign, ad group, keyword, performance and reporting information. Where we have separately authorised it, the tool may also create, edit, pause or manage campaigns and related settings. It is used only for COTLAND's own advertising account and is not offered as a service for third-party advertisers.

What the tool does

  • Creates internal performance reports for clicks, impressions, spend, conversions and return on advertising spend.
  • Helps review campaign status, budgets, targeting and product-promotion performance.
  • Supports internal campaign management when an authorised COTLAND team member requests an action.
  • Helps compare advertising results with product availability and website performance.

How data and credentials are handled

Google Ads account and campaign data is used for internal reporting, analysis and campaign-management purposes. OAuth credentials are stored locally in secured, access-controlled storage used by the authorised COTLAND team. We do not sell Google Ads data, use it for unrelated purposes, or share advertising data with third parties for their own advertising or marketing.

Revoking access

You can revoke the connection at any time from the Google Account security page under third-party connections, or from Google Ads account access and connected-app settings. COTLAND can also disable the tool and delete its locally stored OAuth credentials. Revoking access stops future API access; data already included in internal reports is retained only as required for legitimate business, accounting or legal purposes.
